Established in 1983 under the name Al-Shammery
Contracting Company in Baghdad-Iraq. In 2003 SCCO, is a
General Civil engineering Construction Firm, its scope of
work includes construction of residential complexes,
industrial factories, commercial public buildings,
bridges, roads, ports, airports, rail lines, stadiums,
tunnels, schools, sewerage treatment plants, water
projects,…etc. SCCO works extended also to include
manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements and the
erection of precast concrete units.
In addition to Baghdad Headquarters, SCCO has branches in
Basrah & Kirkuk, Sulaimania and considers expanding its presentation
to cover the whole country.

pipelines. ECDEC also provides urban planning, detailed
drawings & specifications, condition surveys and
structural appraisal of deteriorated / damage structures,
bridge testing, site inspection, soil investigation and
supervision. |

in corrosion of steel reinforcement and remedial
methodology including cathodic prevention / protection
techniques to reinforced concrete structures.Our staff is
also deeply involved in research, studies and code
drafting in various engineering disciplines. |

| The Arab Company
for Surveying & Map designs (ACSMD) was established
lately to replace Al Shammery Engineering Bureau
which was established in 1983. |
| The intention
was to cover the prospective wide scale reconstruction
engineering projects post-war Iraq. |
| The ACSDM is
capable to under take various surveying works for both
traditional and large projects including dams, bridges,
electrical towers, hydraulic projects. |
| Up to date and
sophisticated surveying techniques, for instance,
photogrammetry, GIS, and remote sensing technology are in
hand and the ACSMD key personnel are specialized in such
works. |
| Our goal is also
to seek JVs with well known foreign firms to integrate our
experience and serve the professional. |

war. Since the establishment in 1951, Nedeco have a long
history of supporting the people of Iraq in various fields
of engineering. To be more effective, NEDECO always looks
for qualified local consultants to cooperate with. For
that, NEDECO has made the JV with
ECG. |

and Construction Group
is a subsidiary of Eng. Sabah Al-Shammery &
Partners (SAPCO) group. Established in 1982 ever
since, SAPCO has been expanding their activities to cover
a wide Engineering and Trading spectrum. ECG is a
construction and Engineering group of companies that operate
inside Iraq. |

ECG of Iraq have mutual interest in many fields of
engineering consultancy. To unite their activities in
rehabilitation of Iraq, the two parties have agreed to
